Features of twin screw extruder:
(1) All models of extruder are centralized control panel automatic control system, advanced knob operation, convenient, simple and safe.
(2) The extruder, feeder and cutting device are all controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation. The feeding is uniform, the power is strong and the operation is stable.
(3) The main gear box is equipped with forced cooling and automatic lubrication system of gear oil pump. The gearbox adopts grinding gears (heavy tank gears). The key parts of bearings adopt NSK and SKF imported bearings, which are not bad for up to five years. The twin screw extrusion pumping mechanism and double-axis lengthening differential modulator (wet host selection) make the material ripening sufficiently, and the pasting degree of materials reaches 98%. (4) There are a wide range of raw materials available, and the feed formula contains more than 12% oil. After adding the double helix steam conditioner, the fresh meat content can reach as high as 40% to meet the customer's production of high fresh meat content products.
(5) The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability. There is no need to clean the barrel and screw when restarting or replacing the material variety. The extruder adopts variable frequency speed control to adapt to different kinds of raw materials, and variable frequency speed control of discharging cutter to adjust the length, thickness and shape of materials.
(6) The screw is made of special high-quality high-alloy steel. The wear-resistant sleeve is made of high-wear-resistant alloy material (optional material). The cavity is made of 45 steel quenched and tempered with high-hardness screw. The screw is more wear-resistant, has longer service life and bears more pressure.
(7) Pet food/aquatic feed is sterilized under high temperature and pressure in the process of processing, which ensures the hygienic safety of feed products.
(8) New stable and convenient rotary cutting system, with precise design of discharging die, can customize die size according to customer requirements.
(9) It is suitable for processing pet food, ornamental fish feed/aquaculture expanded feed (floating, sinking,aquatic feed production line).
